MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – DAY SHIFT
Reporting directly to the Health, Safety, Environment, and Plant & Equipment Manager, the resource will be integrated into the Production Unit and will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of production plants for mechanical aspects by performing preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance. More specifically, the role involves:
Managing and performing scheduled maintenance according to the preventive program and extraordinary maintenance needs;
Performing urgent repairs of breakdowns on production plants (Blanking presses with related equipment: decoiler – straightener – feeder, Rolling mills, Flywheel presses, and Presses);
Scheduling and performing preventive maintenance of the machine fleet;
Monitoring the evolution of various machine parameters;
Drafting intervention or incident reports;
Development and implementation of plant efficiency and safety.
The following workshop machine practice is preferred:
- Engine lathe
- Milling machine
- Drills
- Previous experience of at least 3/6 years in a similar role gained at companies operating in the plastics sector;
- Manual skills in the mounting, assembly, and adjustment of mechanical parts and equipment;
- Knowledge of mechanical drawing;
